ATTENTION ALL HORROR FANS...

Here's the teaser/trailer for the movie I was working on for a few days as a still photographer. It's a really rough throw-together to send out to film festivals, but let me know what you think. Here's a small description below:

Dark is based upon the murders of four rape victims which took place in Northern California in the mid-1990’s. Director/Writer Stechman first heard of the murders ... at CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY SACRAMENTO, from which he graduated in 2003. “Horror movies now days rely on so much shock value,” says Stechman. “I wasn’t content to just make another ‘serial killer’ picture... I wanted to write a film so frightening and disturbing that it literally traumatizes its audience.” Stechman also firmly insists that whichever studio distribute the film, do so with an NC-17 RATING due to graphic depictions of rape, torture, and sodomy which the motion picture contains.

It's so scary, it messes up quotes from the director!

You can visit the movie's official website (which features some of my photos and me in the "behind the scenes featurettes) here.

6 to 8 Black Men

Now that I've got Joe's attention, check out this heartwarming Christmas story from writer and witicist (yes, it's a word) David Sedaris. You know, Amy's brother. It's one of those new-fangled MP3s, so have at it.

*EDIT - THE LINK IS FIXED!!!*

I had the 2800 AND the 5600

I wish I would have kept my Vextrex. The last time I saw it, it was waving goodbye as someone carted it off from my garage sale in junior high. I wonder where ol' Betsey is now...
